In this section, we overview all of the properties that we have determined meet the highest standards of shared-ranch living. Our objective is to give in-depth information on each community along with our own evaluation of them. Various factors (e.g., recreational opportunities, property attributes, ownership, and location) are evaluated and judged based on the experience of our team. These properties offer unique experiences designed to provide ranch living without all the responsibilities and costs of individual ranch ownership.
When you access this section, you will be asked to provide minimum information about yourself in order for us to know who has requested information on shared-ranch communities. This allows us to track who buys in these communities and be credited by the development for contributing to a buyer’s decision-making process.
